British Boyband JLS (Jack the Lad Swing) members consists of Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Jonathan "JB" Gill and Oritsé Williams who were second runner ups of UK X Factor 2008 which lead them to sign for Epic Records on 20 January 2009 and were given the support of Lemar's 2009 Spring Tour. Lemar himself saying "I was really impressed with JLS's performances on The X Factor and I’m thrilled that they’ve agreed to join me on my tour". Since X Factor, JLS have been performing at many events which included performers such as Tinchy Stryder, N Dubz, Pussycat Dolls, Dizzee Rascal, Taio Cruz and many more! They created such a hype that they won Best UK New Comers and Best song "Beat again" at the MOBO Awards 2009 and previously winning Best Unsigned Act for Urban Music Awards 2007!

While Working on their self titled album "JLS" They were surrounded by Producers Wayne Hector, Steve Mac, Jonathan "JR" Rotem, Fraser T. Smith and writer Taio Cruz who worked on one of their tracks "Keep her" Their new album has an electro/r&b pop kind of feel with strong meaningful lyrics, catchy tunes and melodies that will grab you! JLS first debut single "Beat again" reached number 1 in the UK charts which knocked out Black Eyed Peas "I Got a Feeling" and second single "Everybody In Love" that also charted beating Tinchy Stryder "Number 1" and sold over 120,000 copies within the first week of its release! Since their album released date on 9th November, they did it again and blasted their way straight to number 1 on the UK charts within a few days!
