“Doesn’t Mean Anything” is the mid-tempo, piano-driven lead single from Alicia’s December 1 release “The Element of Freedom”. “You dream of having all these things, you dream of going all these places. But what’s the point of doing that, having that, if the one you want to be there isn’t with you?,” Alicia said when explaining about the song.

Beside being busy with her music project, Alicia Keys is also involved in several charity events. Most recently, she co-hosted and performed at a fundraiser event for Keep a Child Alive organization. Moreover, she sang at Justin Timberlake & Friends concert benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children at Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino over the weekend.
