Common recently partnered up with Current.com to allow the submissions of video directors to submit their own versions of "Make My Day", which is one of the songs that comes off his latest album Universal Mind Control. Universal Mind Control is the eighth studio album by rapper Common. Producers on the album included The Neptunes, Kanye West, and Mr. DJ. Billboard Magazine described the album as "electro-tinged" and "techno-inspired." The album has largely divided critics and fans.

The entry below was created in collaboration with Liz Casal and Mike Potter. They whipped it all up in 4 days before the contest deadline. They have been selected as a finalist and are currently waiting on the final pick by Common.
