“Brand New” is among the new materials to appear in Trey Songz’s forthcoming third studio album “Ready”. The SoundZ -produced track tells the story of a man, who is confident with himself because “like chess [he] know the rules,” and so will “checkmate [girls] in like 4 moves.”

“Ready” will be released in U.S. on August 4th 2009. Possible collaborators in the new album include Fabolous, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown and The Game, while production credits will most likely come from StarGate, Jermaine Dupri and Jim Jonsin among others.
