Rainy Milo is a 16-year-old singer/songwriter from the U.K., who says 'I'm not original, I am simply a physical collective of my influences'. She started making music at the age of 14, drawing on influences that were as varied as 'my granddad who was a reggae DJ pulling me down to vinyl stores to listen to reggae, my sister bumping RnB and rap in her car, to my mum playing jazz and gospel around the house', with a particular appreciation for 'N*E*R*D*...because they were something completely different for me, they were mixing funk with hip hop and so much else and it sounded fresh to me. They really inspired me to mix up my musical influences to create a whole other sound'. Part of the music collective Last Night In Paris, in 2012 she released her own EP 'Limey', including collaborations with Chet Faker and Cole M.G.N., with the songs on the EP influenced by 'real life, I find myself being most honest about how I really think and feel about things that have gone on when I write a song...I only ever write and sing about things I mean and care about'. Here she sings her song ''Bout You', a track that she wrote over an instrumental by BLCK-RSSN .
