Mississippi born Lucius Clark has been singing since as early as he can remember, 'I was completely driven by music, it inspired me and moved in a way that nothing else can'. Influenced by the likes of Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Chaka Khan and Tina Turner, Lucius began to compete in singing competitions, winning ten, and later, in high school, gained the reputation as the "skinny little boy with the fat man's voice'' as the leader of the school choir. When he later attended Mississippi State University, he joined their Jazz and Classical Choir, where he worked hard to perfect his technique by studying and training in Opera, Chamber, Jazz and R&B. He then moved to New York where he performed on the cabaret scene, later deciding to gain some international experience by moving to Shanghai, China, where he formed a band with a friend and toured all around China, in the process attracting the attention of technology giant Sennheiser's China division who provided him with technical support for his microphone and in-ear monitoring. After further touring the world, including London, Berlin and Hong Kong, he later returned to New York to work on his own material, including an album, 'Timeless', and here is singing 'Close The Chapter', and, below, he sings the classic 'Cry Me A River'.
